Job Summary

The Associate Learning Experience Administrator Intern is responsible for the configuration, updates, maintenance and administration of the organization's learning system(s). Interns at the Rock Family of Companies gain priceless hands-on experience. Here, they learn how it feels to be in the workplace, participate in events and become a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities 

  • Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings
  • Share creative ideas that will help improve our business 
  • Deliver reports, analyze metrics and summarize information to help drive our team forward  
  • Assist in creating materials and/or presentations for meetings 
  • Take notes during meetings and provide recaps 
  • Set up and maintain curricula, courses and offerings for training content based upon business needs and established best practices
  • Implement and test platform configuration changes to enhance user experience
  • Provide end-user training and support of the organization's learning systems, including answering questions, providing advice and handling basic troubleshooting to resolve problems, and investigate and seek solutions to complex issues
  • Provide training and develop job aids for other team members in using the system and maintaining content
  • Create, deliver and communicate reports and analytics from various learning experience platforms
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and assistance to learning system(s) users, navigating and completing training, escalating system issues to the internal technology team and vendor(s) as applicable
  • Participate in special projects
  • Work on projects outside the scope and impact of the direct team
